Recover your facebook account… take meta to court

Rather than make the significant financial investment required to provide even the most basic customer service to their users, Meta seems utsourced customer service everywhere from states’ attorneys general to small claims courts. Like Wal-Mart who relies on government assistance programs to supplement their workers’ low wages rather than paying a living wage, Meta is also putting an undue burden on public resources to increase shareholder value and Zuckerberg’s immense wealth.

There is no way to reliably get your Facebook or Instagram account back if it has been deleted by Meta. However, there are a variety of methods that users have used to regain their accounts with varying degrees of success. These include paying $14.99/month for Meta Verified which apparently provides customer service with real, live human beings; petitioning your state’s Attorney General; and suing Meta in small claims court. The latter, taking Meta to court, seems to be the most effective.
